The BITUMAX Pro Asphalt Binder Analyzer Kuwait laboratories use removes that step completely: the sample goes into the oven, and the result comes out automatically.

The operator loads the sample basket, selects a test profile and starts the cycle. The oven heats the sample up to 650 °C while continuously weighing it. When the weight stops changing, the machine calculates the binder content on both the mix and the aggregate, and prints or stores the result. The clean aggregate left in the basket is ready for gradation testing.
